Warthog Neons Tutorial
Programs Needed -
Entity - With mostly up to date plugins (Find Here)
Dothalo - (Find Here) <-- In Modding Tools Pack)
and ADI 2.0 - (Find Here)
First Open Entity, Then Go to The [Ligh] Tag.
Now go to The Ghost_Plasma_Vent, Right Click It And Select "Duplicate"
Now It Should Look Like This
After That Close Entity, Then Open Up Dot halo and go to [Vehi] Tag, Click on the Warthog then go to Tag Editor, and Tick The Following -
Now Still in dothalo, Go to the Warthog again, Then Go to Dependencies. Find The Warthogs [Ligh] Dependency, (objects\vehicles\warthog\attachments\warthog_headlights) And Change it to (effects\objects\vehicles\ghost\ghost_plasma_vent (1) As Shown below

Now Open AdI 2.0, Go to the [Ligh] Tag, Then go to effects\objects\vehicles\ghost\ghost_plasma_vent
Then go to the Tag editor (Bottom Right, Looks like a notepad)
and you will see a bunch of Boxes with a bunch Of values. As Shown
Now, Once there Change Both Radian Value's to 0.05, As Shown
Now, Once That is Done, Decide What Color Neon that you want, For now Lets Set the range to Red, Blue or Green Neon. Pick One.
Now Once you have picked the color you want,
CHANGE EVERY SINGLE VALUE OF THAT COLOR TO 1,
AND EVERY OTHER COLOR TO 0.

As you Can see, I Have Used Green, But do the Same thin For Blue And Red, If you Want a Other Color Like Purple, Then You Have to Mix to together, To do that Change All The Values of Red And Blur to 0.5, So it gets both and they mix.. sorta like Paint.
This is the Last Part, Open Entity Go to The [Mode] Tag And go to the Warthog, then click Tool's --> Meta Editor, Now Scroll Down in the Meta Editor and Find "Markers" Drop down box and click the Drop Down Box Under it and select 9 (Warthog Headlight's) As Shown
Once You are there, Then Change the X, Y, Z Coordinates to
X - 8E-11
Y - 0.001747948
Z - -0.1111111
As Shown
Now Once You Have Done That, BEFORE you do anything else Click "Save" At the Top Right Corner Of the Meta Editor, That's It! Your Done! Hope This Tutorial Helped, Now Resign And Transfer.
